ABOUT

Our Story
The first wood mallet putter I'd seen was 3 years ago. I loved the look but more than that, the "feel" of it. Some days later I thought maybe I could make one for myself and perhaps a couple for friends. ( I mean, I had a lot of experience in cabinet and furniture making... how hard could it be? ) Well, came to find out much more difficult than I ever could have imagined. So, short version.... three years later and 50 or so prototypes and attempts to correct problems... we finally have a winner. Once you hold one and line up that putt, I think you'll agree.
Why Buy Your Putter from The Putterry

Each of our putters is not only made to be beautiful to look at, but more importantly, to help you improve your golf game. The old expression of "putt for dough" still holds true, and a putter from The Putterry has been engineered to simply help you sink more putts. We offer several options to better help you line up the club face at address to strike a truer line and the "cushioned" feel of the wood face sends back to the golfer aids in striking the correct distance.
Care of Your Putter
1. Your new wood putter should always be in its head cover while not in use.
2. Avoid subjecting your putter to extremes in temperature.
3. Don't leave your putter in a vehicle subject to temperature change
4. Avoid changes in humidity. Keep your putter dry by wiping off moisture.
5. We also recommend applying a good quality wax to keep it looking new. ( Minwax furniture wax is a great choice, applied with 0000 steel wool and buffed with a soft cloth every 6 months or so. ) We don't recommend any spray waxes, etc.
These are just common sense measures to keep your putter in great condition for years to come. With proper care it should last a lifetime.
